Executive Base/Nail Developer

Is a Toluene and Formaldehyde free, multi-functional conditioning base coat that is used on the natural nails to strengthen weak nails. Executive Base will compress the nail keratin, leaving a strong, durable nail, but the added vitamins, minerals, calcium and protein will keep the nail flexible preventing it from becoming brittle. Executive base may be used on the natural nail underneath the gel application.
